Refunds are only offered for defective products reported immediately of its receipt by E-Bay messages and if returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
01 .The 7 days start from the time the buyer receive the item. The buyer needs to inform us before returning the item.
02 All charges encountered by sending the item back to us are on the buyer.
03- Only unused items (new) can be returned.
04- Once we get the item back from the buyer we will inspect it and check its condition. If item is in New condition (as we sent it) and it is returned within the 7 days period, we will refund the price of the ITEM ONLY -Our POSTAGE COST Will not be refunded.
05- All faulty items need to be reported to us and we authorise sending it back.
06- If you return the item within the period because it develops a fault, We will replace it OR Refund YOU, YOU DECIDE.
07- However if an item claimed to be faulty and found (in testing) to be not faulty, we will charge postage and return the item back to the buyer. For this reason we advise you to be sure when you make such claim.
08. If your item is damaged during transit, please call us immediately to arrange a replacement and to discuss the return of the damaged goods. It would assist your claim for damages if documentary proof was provided ie. a picture.
